The work your businessdoes by hand, running itself.

REK.dev builds AI-powered operations systems for businesses in Thailand. Get the work off paper, see your numbers live, and let the repetitive parts run themselves.

Two vendors. Neither one finishes the job.

The software company builds you a system that stores data and does nothing with it. The AI company sells you a chatbot with no real data behind it and no system to act on.REK.dev builds both, as one system.

An AI agent that cannot see your stock is a toy. A stock system that cannot answer a customer is a filing cabinet. The value is in the join, and the join is the part that gets skipped.

AThe software vendor

Ships you a system. It records what happened. Nobody reads it, nothing acts on it, and within a year your team is back on paper.

BThe AI vendor

Ships you a chatbot. It sounds impressive and knows nothing about your prices, your stock, or the order the customer is asking about.

Services

Start anywhere. Most clients start with getting the operation visible, because everything else depends on it.

Human review gate — nothing customer-facing ships without a named person approving it

Not slides. The two things your business feels on day one — customers answered without a person, and numbers you can finally see.

AI Production EngineIcon Digital · IQ Candy

An AI engine that produces an entire curriculum

A Thai education group was building every lesson, assessment and worksheet by hand, one at a time. We replaced that with a system that produces the whole set from their own approved material, checks its own work, and still puts a qualified person in front of everything before it reaches a classroom.

Over ฿3 million removed from content production cost, and volumes the group could never have staffed for.

Custom ToolingSpawnpoint Media

Custom tooling for a production pipeline

A production team was hitting a ceiling their off-the-shelf software could not clear. We built tooling fitted to how they actually work, took the manual steps out, and lifted output quality at the same time.

From paper to a live production system

A bottling operation running entirely on paper and headcount. Getting inventory, quality checks and losses into one system, giving the owner live visibility for the first time, then layering automation and forecasting on top.

Operations & AI AgentsProduct distributor

Customer conversations that handle themselves

A distributor whose orders, prices and stock questions all arrive by phone and LINE, answered by hand. Building the order and inventory system underneath, then the agents that answer from it.

  • LINE Agents
  • Orders
  • Inventory

Three phases, in order, because each one needs the last. You cannot automate a process you cannot see, and you cannot forecast from numbers that were never recorded. Most clients start at phase one and keep going.

  1. 01

    See it

Get the operation out of notebooks, LINE threads and spreadsheets, and into a system. Real stock counts, real job status, real numbers you can act on.

  2. 02

    Automate it

The repetitive work starts running itself. Orders, customer replies, reports, reconciliation — handled by the system, with your people reviewing instead of typing.

  3. 03

    Predict it

The system starts telling you what is coming. Demand, shortfalls, waste and quality problems — flagged before they cost you, not after.

Where it leads

Phase three is where the physical side opens up: cameras on the line reading what the eye misses, sensors feeding the same system, quality caught at the machine instead of at the loading bay. We are not claiming to have shipped that yet — it is the direction the ladder points, and it is what we are building toward with our manufacturing clients.

Where the studio came from

REK.dev began as a production studio serving channels with billions of views. We automated our own operation until it ran itself, then started doing it for everyone else.

REK.dev is run by Victor Lee Frémont, based in Thailand. No account managers, no handoff to a team that was not in the room. You talk to the person who writes the code, and he has seen your kind of problem before.

We work in English, and every Thai-facing part of a system — customer messages, staff screens, printed output — is signed off by a bilingual reviewer on your side before it goes live. That review step is not a workaround; it is how we keep quality accountable to someone who actually knows your customers.
